Stedin Group issues new €500 million green hybrid bond
Rotterdam, 14 January 2026 – Stedin Group has successfully issued a perpetual subordinated hybrid bond. The bond carries a coupon of 4.250% and includes an option for early redemption after 10 years.

The issuance was well received by a broad base of institutional investors, with the final order book amounting to €2.0 billion – representing an oversubscription of 4 times the offered amount. This issuance serves as a refinancing of the existing hybrid bond, which is planned for early redemption in March 2027.
Investments Continue to Grow
Stedin continues to make substantial investments in its gas and electricity networks this year, with amounts expected to increase further in the coming year. These investments are essential to support the growing economy, facilitate housing development, and achieve climate targets. At the same time, maintenance is carried out to ensure the networks remain reliable and safe.
