Stedin Group considers it important to protect the privacy of its customers and the privacy of the visitors to its website. Therefore, personal data of customers and visitors are treated with due care and protected. As the entity responsible for the processing of data, Stedin Group has reported its processing of personal data to the supervisor, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Reporting data leaks

Stedin Group complies with the Data Leaks Reporting Obligation. This means that we report a serious leak of personal data within 72 hours after detection to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. 
Have you discovered a possible data leak? Please report this to us as soon as possible, but in any case within 24 hours after you have discovered the data leak. You can report this via privacy@stedin.net. State in your email your name, if applicable the organisation that you work for, your telephone number and a short description of the data leak.
